Paola Huerta, Executive Director
Paola has worked with Laredo Stroke Support since 2015. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Texas at Austin in 2016. As Executive Director, she currently oversees the development of the program, coordinates community partnerships and fundraisers, facilitates teletherapy for AM clients, and maintains the group's mission.

Monsie Bedolla, Program Coordinator
Monsie began working with Laredo Stroke Support in 2017 after spending the summer volunteering with the group. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders at TAMIU in 2015. As Program Coordinator, Monsie assists at all of the weekly activities and facilitates teletherapy for PM clients. She is also directly involved with community outreach by arranging weekly hospital visits with our partnered facilities.

Roger Rueweler, Program Supervisor
Roger started volunteering with Laredo Stroke Support in August 2017 and began working part time with the group in Summer 2018. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from TAMIU in 2014 and works full time with the City of Laredo Fire Department. As Program Supervisor, Roger is directly involved with the group's membership and assists at the weekly activities. His family consists of him, his wife Beth, their Welsh corgi, Teddy, and Baby Rueweler is due to arrive this March.
